Job Summary:The Project Coordinator at Carolina Commercial Contractors, LLC will assist with the management and coordination of construction projects. This is a full-time, salaried administrative role, and the individual will report directly to the Senior Project Manager. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This is an in person position located in Sanford, North Carolina.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off.Responsibilities:Assist the Project Manager with planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projectsCollaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projectsCreate and maintain project schedules, track progress, and update stakeholdersPrepare and process project-related documents, such as contracts, change orders, and purchase ordersConduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety standards are metCommunicate with clients and team members to keep them informed on project progress and address any issues that may ariseManage project budget and expenses, providing regular updates to the Project ManagerIdentify and help resolve any conflicts or delays on the project siteKeep accurate and organized project records and documentsRequirements:2-3 years of experience in project coordination or related construction fieldExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, ProcoreAbility to work well independently and in a team environmentWillingness to travel to the project site and work flexible hours when neededKnowledge of construction processes, terminology, and codesEEOC Statement:Carolina Commercial Contractors, LLC is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive work environment for all employees.
