About You: We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will assist Project Managers on multiple projects at various stages, managing service requests, and delivering the highest level of service to ensure customer satisfaction. May oversee smaller projects from pre-construction to closeout.
Compensation/Benefits: Competitive pay ranging from $45,000 - $55,000 depending on qualifications. Responsibilities: Define and monitor project tasks, outline necessary resources, oversee project budget, submit invoices, and report project progress to team members and management Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers, ensuring customer's needs are met Communicate proactively with supervisors and accounting to ensure billing and collections of past due invoices Communicate and coordinate with LSPs and customers for site access, material delivery, rental equipment pick-up and drop-off, etc. Track check-in and check-out's with LSPs Communicate LSP or job struggles to PM Manage national service requests from creation to billing, coordinating with customers and LSPs Answer customer questions about service repairs and outcomes Consult with LSPs and technicians about needed repairs Communicate new sales leads and referrals from field activity to the sale s department Monitor email mailboxes and route messages as necessary Submit invoices to customers via website/portals Qualifications: 1-3 years experience in a similar role Attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to mulit-task LVC is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer as defined by the EEOC
