DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Northwest Houston Pay: $25-28 per hourHours: Part time - Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pmDuration: Temp-HireDescription of Duties: Project Coordinator will work on several projects simultaneously by being direct point of contact to customers and subcontractors will complete administrative project related tasks on multiple projects daily. Requirements: Minimum 2 years+ recent experience in the construction industry as a project coordinator. Advanced computer software experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and estimation software. Other requirements include previous experience in printing plans for Estimators, prepare bid lists, preparing project budgets on secured work, assist in obtaining permits, provide changes to construction field teams as needed, close out of projects when completed, obtain subcontractor compliance documents, assist with project budget updates, and update superintendent on status of projects until completion. Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus skill.  WHO WE ARE:
