Project Coordinator

Applied Innovation is seeking a detail oriented, self-directed, organized individual to fill the role of a Project Coordinator in Grand Rapids.  The ideal candidate will work with both internal and external stakeholders on assigned projects to ensure our clients are granted the best possible experience for their large office solutions product deployments. This is a full-time salaried position, Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM onsite at 5555 Glenwood Hills Pkwy SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512. Essential Job Functions: Collaborate with Operations PMO Manager to comprehend the objectives of assigned projects and understand the roles of all project stakeholders Assure that the project goals and prerequisites are well-defined and consented to by all relevant stakeholders Organize large-scale deployments and onboarding, adhering to all customer and bid specifications Align our internal resources, third parties, and vendors for impeccable project execution. Ensure that projects are completed within the agreed-upon scope Utilize Teamwork Projects software for coordination, tracking, and building data repositories for designated projects Engage closely with internal and client stakeholders to understand the client's preferences for logistics, networking, and training-related requirements Efficiently allocate tasks among all stakeholders and offer clarity on their roles concerning project scope and milestones General Requirements: Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel database structuring Fundamental knowledge of project management tools and techniques Eagerness to acquire knowledge about networking functions related to office solutions equipment Exceptional customer service abilities and attention to detail Competence in planning and drafting written communications Capability to multitask, problem-solve, and swiftly adapt to project modifications Awareness of the organization's core values High School Diploma Project Management experience preferred Valid Michigan Driver's License  Applied Innovation offers a full benefit program that includes medical, dental, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k), paid vacation, and paid holidays.
