Serve as a lead trainer for tasks related to assigned projects. This could include securing additional support trainers, developing and preparing materials, and scheduling and planning training and any needed follow-up activities. Assist Managers and Scientists with complying with the requirements of funding sources (e.g. submitting program plans, providing quarterly reports, assisting with final reports). Assist with development of new materials, support packages, and internal procedure manuals. Maintain detailed files to track work and production relevant to assigned projects (e.g. tracking clients or assessments). Conduct independent training and consultation trips, including coordinating all needs for assigned clients or staff. Train and supervise consultants used for training, QA, data entry, outreach, or other project tasks. Work with other team members to provide quality, timely service, and products to every customer. Promote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut's behavioral standards for customer service. Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities including, but not limited to, financial and client information. Other duties as assigned. Must have a Bachelor's degree in social science or other relevant area. Master's degree preferred. Must have experience and interest in providing training and organizing major multi-faceted projects. Demonstrated ability to write technical documentation and operational policies and procedures. High quality communication skills and experience working with people from diverse backgrounds. Willingness to work varying shifts and on occasion extra hours to meet key project deadlines. Willingness to travel to client sites preferred. Must have a valid driver's license, private automobile insurance and be insurable. Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.
