We aim primarilyto improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business itself.We are looking for a project coordinator:Objectives of this roleCoordinate internal and external meetings and workshops ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, andbudgetAnalyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal resultsSupport purchase order, change request and resources onboardingAssign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilitiesEnsure teams achieve V2MoMs while adhering to standards and best practicesResponsibilitiesEnsure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirementDevelop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestonesAssign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables outputReport project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project workplanServe as point of communication between company teams and external resourcesDeepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchersRequired skills and qualificationsThree or more years of experience in project coordinationExperience in coordinating teams and clientsProven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of managementStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant fieldProfessional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
