Job Title: Project Controls Specialist
Location: Washington, DC-hybrid
Duration: Long term Contract

Job Description:
Cost Analysis : Ability to analyze and report on project costs, with insights for improving project and financial performance.
Forecasting : Skill in creating accurate forecasts to evaluate project performance against budgets and schedules.
Financial Management : Knowledge in managing project finances, including budgeting, accruals, and forecasting
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical ability to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Communication : Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with various stakeholders. Including Capital Delivery Finance
Software Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project Management tools (i.e. MS Project, P6, Masterworks)
Detail-Oriented:

Meticulous attention to detail in financial analysis and project reporting.
Teamwork:

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
