We are looking for a Project Architect to join our team and help us create innovative architectural designs for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project architecture and an eye for detail. The Project Architect will be responsible for designing projects from start to finish, from conceptual design to the final construction documents.
Position Overview: The Project Architect will create designs, manage projects, and work with clients to ensure successful completion of projects. The Project Architect will help to develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors. The Project Architect will be responsible for keeping up to date with industry standards and trends. Key Responsibilities: Design projects from conceptual design to final construction documents. Manage projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors. Keep up to date with industry standards and trends. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in architecture or related field. Licensure with NAAB and NCARB. Previous experience in project architecture. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and other design software.
