Responsibilities: Lead small to medium size healthcare projects. Support project teams on large projects. Manage and coordinate all phases of document production. Review submittals, support, and/or lead field observations and agency reviews. Manage the work of production staff and outside consultants. Coordinate with multiple disciplines on our design team. Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables. Minimum Qualifications: 5-year Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture; Architecture License required. Minimum of 10 years of job-related experience. Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required. Demonstrated experience using Bluebeam, Revit, and Sketchup. Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety of personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
