Description:
Our Environmental Dept is looking for a project administrator for immediate hire.
Main Responsibilities:
Credit card processing
Invoice processing
Record keeping
Making travel arrangements
Tracking training and other programs
Working to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies including EPA , ADEQ , Pinal County, and Maricopa County
Report writing and documentation within Microsoft Word
Organize data and records within Microsoft Excel
Will be working on a lot of PDFs in Adobe
Obtain trade partner certificates of insurance and ensure coverages meet contractual requirements
Help Accounting meet monthly accounting deadlines; support the accounting team to mitigate missing or incorrect information from trade partners
Review, identify, and approve compliance items needed through out the construction process
Communicate unresolved issues to the team
Perform final review of documents for compliance
Participate in Pre-lien process by providing project information
Track trade partner change orders, request for change orders

Top Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in a project administrative role
Best fit if they come from construction/utility industry but not a must have
Able to put together PowerPoint presentations
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Microsoft Office Project proficiency
Adobe proficiency
Familiar with regulatory agencies
Experience in processing invoices
Nice to Have (will get trained on this):
LaserFish – records retention software
Hyperion – budgeting software
Oracle business suite
Soft Skills:
People who are good at multitasking
Someone who is very attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Ability to handle complex problem-solving skills
