Responsibilities:
Accurately interpret contract provisions and ensure project information is correctly entered into our accounting database, adhering to both contract terms and company policies.
Manage project-related data including rate schedules, budget levels, and invoice documentation in line with contractual agreements.
Process employee expense reports efficiently to ensure prompt payment and adherence to expense reporting procedures.
Oversee electronic timesheet submissions, ensuring accuracy in relation to labor and project billing.
Coordinate the billing cycle within set deadlines, from generating prebill reports to finalizing and submitting invoices as per project manager instructions.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable, making necessary adjustments to project processing as required.
Analyze project revenue, identifying any variances and implementing budget modifications as needed.
Produce regular reports and assist with various office administrative duties to support the smooth operation of our team.
Qualifications:
A High School diploma and four years of project administration experience, or an Associate degree with two years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software such as BST, Deltek, or Wind2 is preferred.
Strong ability to understand and execute complex instructions, contracts, and correspondence.
Excellent data entry, writing, and editing skills.
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly to internal teams.
