Project Accountant

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and motivated Project Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all project accounting and financial tracking across our organization. The Project Accountant will oversee all accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensure accurate project billing, and analyze financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project accounting activities and supervise project billing and tracking. Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable. Analyze financial performance of projects, prepare reports, and provide financial insight and recommendations. Manage documents related to projects, including contracts, fee structures, and billing. Maintain compliance with organizational and government policies and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field. Experience in project accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role. Proficiency in Deltek Vision, VentagePoint, and Excel. Experience working in an architectural firm or engineering firm is preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
