This position will act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. They will serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government contracts and technical representatives on technical, schedule, and cost aspects for all projects on the Task Order (TO). This position will oversee Contractor execution of the TO requirements and manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources. Primary Duties: Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government contracts and technical representatives on technical, schedule, and cost aspects for all projects on the TO. Skills and Qualifications:  Ability to lead the execution of complex tasks Ability to work on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program as a high-performing professional Ability to oversee the efforts of a less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job Ability to act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation skills Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to work independently Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines Detail oriented Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues Ability to adapt to evolving technology ? Education and Experience:  Masters degree in a Business or Technical discipline, required Ten (10) years minimum of experience, and at least two of those years of experience must have been as a Program Manager in a NAVAIR or subordinate command. Clearance:  
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
