Program Manager - Manufacturing

Waltonen is actively seeking a Program Manager to join our team!
Job Responsibilities Monitoring, directing, and controlling manufacturing programs.  Will lead in the areas of cost, schedule, and performance. Directing a focused program, including strategic planning, analyzing the program activities, expenses and profits, and establishing goals Responsible for planning and directing a group of individuals and monitoring their work and take corrective actions when necessary. Ensures risks are properly managed and mitigated against to avoid becoming issues. Risk management is critical to project success. Create a robust process for the identification, management and mitigation of risk.
