At Ridgeline, you will work with the most talented software developers, systems engineers, and subject matter experts to change how big enterprises and the U.S. Government manage their digital signatures.Job DescriptionWe are experiencing rapid growth and are actively seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee program operations. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the daily tactical operations of a program ranging from moderate to highly complex. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the success and profitability of the program, including fostering its growth within adjacent technology markets or similar sectors within the USG. As the Senior Program Manager, you will lead multi-functional project teams and be accountable for achieving key performance indicators.What you will do:Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective relationship managementMonitor projects to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budgetary constraintsDrive objectives related to delivery, revenue generation, profitability, and days-sales-outstandingFacilitate coordination among technical resources and stakeholders, securing necessary approvalsConduct thorough performance and project analyses to inform future initiativesParticipate in business development activities to identify new opportunitiesFulfill any additional duties and tasks as assignedWhat You Will Accomplish in the First Six Months:Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the assigned program, including its financials, deliverables, challenges, and growth potentialIntegrate seamlessly into our community of Program Managers, potentially taking on mentoring responsibilities for junior colleaguesQualificationsMust-Haves:Active TS/SCI Clearance with polygraphExtensive experience within the Intelligence CommunityBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent experience, OR Military/Government Service10 or more years of Project Management experience, with exposure to commercial environmentsExceptional interpersonal skillsNice-to-Haves:Previous HUMINT experienceTechnical program management background with expertise in software development, system engineering, or network engineeringExperience managing Profit & Loss statements with Deltek Costpoint Accounting System or similar toolsPMP certification or equivalent program management certificationAdditional InformationHere are some Perks of being a Ridgeliner!Flexible PTO + holidaysGenerous 401k match benefit up to 10%, with an automatic 3% safe harbor contribution and additional matching based on employee contributions.Medical (HSA & PPO Plans Available), dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceEmployer Contribution to Health Savings Account (HSA)Learning & Development opportunitiesProfessional coaching servicesGet the technology you want to do your jobRidgeline is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
