Program Manager (Onsite) We have an immediate need for a contract Program Manager to join our client, a national chain of convenience stores and gas stations. The Program Manager will manage multiple projects, orchestrating their outcomes to achieve overarching program goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills to plan, implement, and monitor programs from inception through delivery.
Location: Tempe, Arizona (Onsite) This job expects to pay about $86 - 89 per hour plus benefits. What You Will Do: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with program goals and timely delivery. Plan and implement detailed schedules for each project phase, facilitating communication and coordination among project teams for seamless execution. Define and articulate the program roadmap, monitor and report on status, and identify development issues and success metrics. Assess and mitigate risks, continuously seeking opportunities to improve cost efficiency, performance, and schedule adherence. Develop, manage, and maintain program budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders. Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met, maintaining high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management. Stay informed about industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes that may impact component projects or the overall program, adjusting strategies and plans as necessary. What Gets You the Job: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master s degree preferred. Proven experience in program management, with a track record of managing multiple complex projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
