What's a typical day as a Program Manager? You'll be: Leading multiple projects from inception to completion.
Facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine project scope and objectives.
Working with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals.
Designing project plans, developing timelines, identifying milestones, and tracking performance.
Identifying and resolving project issues.
Monitoring and communicating project status to the project team.
Planning and monitoring project budget.
Conducting research and analysis.
Providing input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
Managing project risks and identifying alternative solutions.
Documenting and sharing team learnings to enhance project success.
Maintaining project notes, databases, and records.
Assigning appropriate resources to project tasks.
Guiding and coaching team members.
Providing developmental feedback to the team.
