BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Program Manage r on the Billing Operations & Tech team, you'll use your extensive project management experience to manage multiple projects within highly complex or enterprise-wide programs. You'll ensure successful integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets based on business needs.
WHAT OUR PROGRAM MANAGERS ENJOY MOST Developing program strategies that support business cases and various high-level project plans Serving as a mentor to project managers and project leaders to educate and assist them with processes and improvements Ensuring the use of established project management processes and methodologies to deliver on project scope while meeting or exceeding quality standards Directing and reviewing plans and teamwork assignments, escalating resource needs, ensuring completion of quality reviews, and driving issue resolution Communicating program strategy, direction, and changes to leadership and other stakeholders Partnering with leadership from the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve enterprise goals You'll work in a fast-paced, high-impact office environment. You'll thrive in this role if you can work both collaboratively and independently, show judgement and initiative to accomplish goals, and are energized by the challenges of an ever-evolving category.
