Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Compliance and Strategic Analysis Division of the Supply Department of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinates in the Compliance and/or Strategic Analysis Branch. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work. You will oversee data analysis of supply processes. You will develop, adapt and control plans, programs, policies, and procedures within the framework of technical guidance provided by PHNSY and IMF, Supply Department Leadership and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). You will be able to clearly communicate data analysis decisions and recommendations well orally, in writing, and electronically, including maintaining information sites, producing reports, developing and conducting presentations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness of shipyard supply operations programs through data and trend analysis, Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance managing and tracking spending on supply replenishment processes, and monitoring Defense Logistics Agency Hawaii Maritime and Defense Distribution Pearl Harbor (DDPH) functions to provide reporting standards via documents and other forms of communications, enabling supply support improvement opportunities that meet the needs and goals of the organization.
