About the Job We are seeking an eager and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Parry Labs PMO team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of direct DOD contracts and/or internally funded efforts.
Responsibilities Use core Program Management skills to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of a program. Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the program. Serve as the primary interface with external customer and ensure customer-satisfaction. Ensure that all materials and deliverables are completed on time. Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution. Work in a collaborative team environment on complex tasks. Communicate and coordinate efforts across an integrated product team. Support portfolio growth activities such as proposal development, quoting activities, and visiting customers. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field. 3+ years of DOD industry experience. 3+ years of technical project or program management experience. Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Clearance. Skilled in MS Office products and MS Project. Flexibility and resiliency in dynamic environments. Preference for experience with earned value management. Preference for PMP certificate. Preference for ability to support travel up to 20%. Why Join Parry Labs?
