Your Impact The Program Manager works on our most complex goals — those that require coordination between cross value stream teams, operations team and other parts of QRG. Program Managers partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Architects, Scrum Masters, and other parts of QRG to build credible plans to deliver capabilities to delight our business users.
What You'll Do Build relationships with Product Management, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering and operations teams to ensure we're aligned on the most important prioritiesEstablish credible delivery and release plans that ensure the work is sequenced properly to address dependencies and feature interactionsHelp the team break the work into manageable pieces that can be delivered frequentlyManage risks and critical dependenciesTracking progress towards our goals, keeping the leadership team updated on progress, escalating critical risks, and engaging leadership when important decisions are needed.Identify the processes and rituals.Facilitate regular cross-team retrospectives.Track the program budget.What you Bring 10+ years of experience working on program managementExperience building toolkits of different practices to help teams succeed, and is able to adapt those practices suit a variety of circumstancesExperience leading a group of passionate, strongly opinionated people who care deeply about making product/program better for everyone.Holds teams accountable to commitments.Experience in Order Management.#LI-LM2
