DESCRIPTION
Amazon Engineering Services is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Program Manager (PM) that can provide program and project management support directly to the Engineering Planning & Analytics (EP&A) team.
· As a Program Manager you will manage and support one or multiple initiatives for the EP&A team.
· In this role you will be required to engage with a cross-function team of leaders to identify metrics and data sources, develop data sources if necessary, make assumptions, work with technical developers to build dashboards, and manage execution plans.
· You will be identifying and addressing customer and business pain points using LEAN and other techniques
· You will conduct data analysis to identify issues and implement significant process improvement projects within the team and larger business function

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Atlanta, GA, USA | Bellevue, WA, USA | Nashville, TN, USA | Washington Dc, DC, USA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
