Responsibilities Include: Managing and overseeing multiple government contracting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project requirements and deliverables Monitoring project progress and implement corrective actions as needed Ensuring compliance with CMMI and ISO standards and implement best practices for continuous improvement Preparing and presenting project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and clients Leading project teams; providing guidance, support, and performance feedback Identifying and mitigating project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary Fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field At least 5 years of experience leading teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Desired: Master's degree Proven experience with CMMI and ISO standards PMP certification Proficiency in project management software and tools Work Setting and Environment: Monday - Friday, normal working hours Work is to be performed remotely How FedWriters Will Compensate and Appreciate You: FedWriters offers team members the opportunity to gain a lasting impression in this fast-growing small business.
