Program Director, Postdoctoral Career And Professional Development

PROGRAM DIRECTOR, POSTDOCTORAL CAREER AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ,

Career Advising and Professional Development (CAPD), to serve as the primary career services liaison for postdoctoral scholars. Will manage and deliver a range of services to enhance professional development and career competencies and strengthen partnerships/collaborations with employers, faculty, postdoctoral organizations, and groups; collaborate closely with the assistant director of graduate student career services and professional development team; conduct individual career advising sessions; create and deliver an annual calendar of workshops/events/seminars/certificates; develop employment preparation materials and strategies and print and online career resources; conduct assessments and evaluate data and outcomes; prepare budget and funding proposals; and identify and create relationships/contacts with employing organizations, graduate student and postdoc groups, committees, staff, and academic departments.
