Job Description What You Will Do: As Program Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management of program services in a High Acuity setting. You will focus on achieving valued outcomes for individuals with mental health conditions who are in need of behavioral support. You will work collaboratively with others in the organization to provide high quality services.
As Program Director, you will serve as a positive role model for Dungarvin employees and direct care staff. A successful Program Director will also model appropriate behavior for other team members and direct reports by proactively identifying issues and constructively working to solve problems.
While caseloads can vary and are subject to change, the High Acuity Program Director is typically responsible for overseeing 1-2 program sites, usually with 1-2 residents per home. The High Acuity Program Director will supervise approximately 10-12 Direct Support Professionals per program.
Work Environment and Office Hours: This position is in-office, providing site supervision for direct care staff. This role involves typical office hours, Monday through Friday, full-time. Additionally, the Program Director must have a flexible schedule with the ability to be on-call when needed (this includes weekends and odd hours).
The starting salary for this position is $57,000 annually, with regularly scheduled pay increases. This position is eligible for a $3,000 retention/sign-on bonus.
