NTT DATA Services is seeking a Program Director—DaaS Service Delivery in LA County, California.The Program Director will manage contract resources and operations to deliver an end-user centric workplace solution.The role requires experience in managing multiple technical disciplines and supporting large-scale end-user compute services.

Responsibilities
• Lead project/program managers to ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements.• Provide users with an ongoing innovative and seamless experience while utilizing systems, applications, and solutions.• Proactively develop secure IT integrations, concepts, and designs across the enterprise.• Integrate end-user computing devices, conference room technology, infrastructure hardware/software, and user applications.• Establish a baseline service offering, implement scalable and repeatable processes and solutions.• Seamlessly integrate service offerings with the client organization's strategy, policies, and procedures.• Lead the management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and operations of the program.• Coordinate, communicate, integrate, and be accountable for the overall success of the program.• Define program-level resource plans and effectively onboard/offboard resources.• Perform cost modeling, program cost forecasting, and variance management.• Define NTT DATA business objectives and assist the client in defining their business objectives.• Serve as the single point of contact and authorized interface to the government client's Contracts Officer, COR, and TPOC.• Lead the development and delivery of client reporting on a recurring and ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
• 12 years of experience working on engagements providing End-User Computing Services in the public sector.• 7 years of managerial/leadership experience in DaaS service.• 4 years of experience supporting a public sector client.• 8 years of experience managing tasks, resources, and budgets for a team of 100 or more personnel and contracts in excess of $50 million.• Current PMP Certification.• ITIL certification.• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.• Ideally reside within commuting distance of Los Angeles or willing to relocate/travel extensively to the site.
