Job Summary: The College of Pharmacy's Office of Education is seeking a Pharmacy Program Coordinator to provide managerial, logistical, and administrative oversight of the Office of External Studies operations.
This position will collaborate with the Director of External Studies to create and implement workflow and process management for office productivity and oversee the establishment and maintenance of experiential education policies and procedures.
They will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, tracking and documentation of all experiential education projects and program functions (e.g., preceptor development conferences, new experiential courses/revised courses, event coordination, etc.).
The coordinator will maintain and update preceptor, student, and site information in a variety of databases. They will conduct quality assurance/improvement and support activities for programmatic reviews, quality improvement initiatives, or other enhancements such as sites/preceptors, assessments, internal processes/databases, and assignment processes. Position Time Status: Full-Time
Required Education: MA
Required Related Experience: 3 yrs
Required License/Registration/Certification : None.
Preferred Education/Experience: Prefer experience with learning management systems or similar databases. Strong project management skills preferred.
