Job summary
The ARCHES Project is looking for Program Coordinators to join their team.The position involves finding solutions for the homeless population in the local community.Candidates must apply by 1/30/2024 to be considered for first round interviews.

Responsibilities
• Facilitating daily program operations such as purchasing and ordering supplies• Coordinating housekeeping and food services• Training staff and volunteers• Expanding service offerings• Providing client-centered and trauma-informed care• Supporting adherence to program policies and procedures
Requirements
• Associates degree in social services, public health, or related field• Two years of case management or social service experience• Ideal candidates will possess an advanced degree with three or more years of homeless service delivery experience and mental health certifications and/or licensing• Experience working with Veterans preferred• Driver qualification status required• Must obtain Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire• Effective interpersonal communication skills, in both oral and written form• Proficiencies in computers, Microsoft Office products, database software and web tools• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills• Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities preferred but not required
