Program Associate

Job summary
The CLCLT Program Associate will be an integral part of the CLCLT team, reporting to the Operations Director.The Program Associate will support all CLCLT program areas.This position serves as an overview of anticipated day-to-day responsibilities of the position.

Responsibilities
• Facilitate general administrative tasks• Respond to initial inquiries• Coordinate staff meetings and agendas• Support Executive Director with meetings• Assist Executive Director with donor communication• Perform membership-related data entry• Support program-specific data entry• Assist Finance Director with loan administration• Assist Finance Director with accounts receivable and payable• Assist Education Manager with buyer orientation follow-up
Requirements
• Experience in an office setting• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365• Exceptional organizational skills• Excellent writing skills• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Strong interpersonal skills• Availability for travel and occasional evening/weekend work• Proactive and self-starting attitude• Strong commitment to results
