Intermediate District 287 is looking for a Program Analyst (Equity and Inclusion) in Plymouth!
Intermediate District 287 is a west metro district for learners with unique needs. As an intermediate district, we provide specialized services, primarily setting IV special education, to students from 12 member districts in the west metro. In this role you will: Coordinate, design, and implement onboarding and other professional learning activities related to talent development of Education Support Professionals Analyze school and district-wide data to identify needs and opportunities that will assist in improving retention and promotion of Education Support Professionals Collaborate with key audience members to define and document program requirements, including initial, continuing, and intermittent professional development and supports Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless integration of systems with existing infrastructure Facilitate outreach to staff at all levels within the organization for program development and evaluation Position Details: Location: Plymouth, MN Competitive Salary: DOE and E Generous Benefits: Medical (including newly added fertility benefits), dental, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 403b (eligible for match after 1 year), paid leave, and an incredible employee assistance program (includes 6 free counseling sessions) Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required.
