• Support ongoing activities at customer automotive production facilities• Resolve customer concerns and problems in a timely manner• Report to the Paint process team• Communicate with PPG Technical and Account Management• Promote Health, Safety, and Environmental mentorship• Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries• Monitor the application process• Supervise mix-room operations• Manage consignment inventory• Order materials
Requirements
• HS Diploma, GED, or Equivalent• 3+ yrs experience in Automotive Paint/Coatings• Good computer skills and attention to detail• Good communication and customer service skills• Ability to work well in a team environment• Mechanical aptitude
