Responsibilities
• Complete statement of conditions (SOS) surveys for health care facilities• Provide clients with advance notice of any infractions• Provide direction to resolve issues for federal grants• Survey hospitals for statement of conditions and report any issues• Inspect fire doors in hospitals• Inspect fire stops for new construction and remodeled buildings• Prepare reports for healthcare facility clients• Deliver accurate and comprehensive work• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines• Collaborate with others
Requirements
• Must become certified for fire stop surveys• Responsive to on-the-job training and ability to work independently• Excellent time management skills• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously• Strong communication skills and ability to align schedules• Familiarity with Bluebeam• Physical strength to carry a 22-pound ladder• Ability to stand and walk up ladders for 8 hours• Accurate writing and recording skills• Proficiency in using basic tools• Availability for up to 50% travel• Hybrid work schedule of three office days and two days remote
