Work schedule: 1st Mon-Thu 4:30am-3:00pm
For the 1 st 60 days you will work an 8-hour schedule Mon-Fri, and then move to a 10-hour schedule plus overtime. Why you should apply to be a Production Worker:

You'll be: De-molding plaster parts and cleaning to requirements; preparing molds for curing process, light hand sanding, and removing excess plaster from mold and floor. Pouring liquid plaster into mandrels to form molds according to Standard Work Instructions. Moving molds that are 10 lbs. to 200 lbs. lifting with two-man lift. Maintain schedules and time allowances, reporting any discrepancies and scheduling concerns to supervisor. This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: High school diploma Previous manufacturing or production experience Experience with the use of basic hand and power tools. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills. Working Conditions: PPE is provided to protect employees against physical harm or hazards in the workplace environment. Usually work indoors. These sites may not be temperature controlled. Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels. Exposure to hazardous equipment. Exposure to contaminants. Shared workspaces with other employees. Requires handing objects of up to 50 lbs. Lifting pushing, pulling, and bending.
