Job Specifications: Job Type: Full-time, temporary-to-hire

Pay Rate: Up to $18.00/hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Roles and Responsibilities: Operate assembly machinery and equipment according to established procedures
Assemble components and perform visual quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Support the fabrication process by following instructions and guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications & Skills: 6 months prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime during the week and possible weekends
