We are closed for holidays and only overtime is scheduled on weekends.Comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and bonus/profit-sharing offered for all full-time positions.Our work is all custom-ordered so there is a lot of opportunity for variety and developing skills.About the work:We are currently hiring for our2nd shift (Monday through Thursday 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.).Work both individually and together with team members to complete custom job orders.Use basic hand tools (hammer, knives, wrenches, measuring tapes, T-squares, etc.) and power tools (drills, sanders, grinders) to perform detail work specific to each project.Use measuring tapes and T-squares to mark off specific measurements and either cut or apply adhesives.Operate manual production machineryUse hammers and other machinery to install simple and complex mechanical fastenersWe are looking to hire and train the Right People who embody our CompanysCore Values:Get it Done-Be a positive team player who helps find and solve problems.Raise the Standard-Be open to learning and look for ways to improve your work every day.Do the Right Thing-Be kind and lead by example.Passion for Service-Be enthusiastic and responsive in your work.Requirements:A demonstrated history of successful work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or manual labor environment.A mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn we are ready to teach you about conveyor belting!Ability to lift at least 50 poundsLegally eligible for employment in this countryBenefits:Weekly payStarting wage from $18.00-$21.00/hour; $0.50/hour 2nd shift premiumUniform programFull-time benefit package includes: paid time off, 401(k) plan with company match, profit-sharing, health, dental, vision, long/short term disability
