ERA, a Waters Company located in Golden, Colorado is seeking a Production Technician to join our team which has responsibilities for production, assembly, labelling, and quality control of Analytical Standards & Reagents (ASR) products. Pay for this position starts at $20 an hour.

Assembly/Production Gravimetric and liquid packaging of ASR products to documented specifications. Flame sealing of glass ampules to documented specifications. Fulfilling production/assembly orders to meet supply plan dates. Assembly of Waters ASR finished goods to meet on-time delivery. Documentation and review of production and assembly production records Labelling, organization, and storage of Work in Progress (WIP). Inventory control of WIP products and raw materials via SAP. Preparation and transportation of finished goods orders. Assist in other areas when required. Quality Responsible for ensuring 100% compliance to specification by ensuring proper packaging, labelling, and documentation of products. Focus on process control to avoid Service Requests. Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work quickly without errors. Responsible for following written work procedures and SOPs Assist team in updating and improving processes Assist team in updating SOPs and WIs Assist team in continuous improvement High School Education or GED required. College coursework or degree in the Sciences is preferred. Previous lab experience preferred 1+ year of previous work experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with your hands to handle small containers and packaging materials. Ability to work indenpendently as well as in a Team environment. Demonstrate sound judgment and ability to utilize Lean methods for problem solving. Ability to review work and find peer errors. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Must be willing to perform repetitive routine tasks consistently Familiar with various Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
