SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Performs the proper mixing of water, sweetener and concentrate to create finished syrups for production, while maintaining the integrity and quality of the products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sets up, verifies and completes daily batching sheets prior to mixing. Follows all standard operating procedures for mixing, while performing each procedure in an accurate, consistent and timely manner. Prepares daily paperwork and completes daily checklists. Performs startup and end of run procedures on processing machines(if applicable). Performs all required tank sanitations according to VCC flavor matrix. Forecasts sweetener use and tank availability for weekly production schedules, according to batch and tank size. Stages, dates and unloads concentrate shipments at regular intervals, using FIFO rotation methodology. Uses the proper protective equipment at all times. Works interdepartmentally to achieve goals and maintain the quality of product. Utilizes downtime to clean syrup room and assist with GMPs the overall facility. Receives and unloads sweetener tanker trucks. Performs other duties as assigned. Viking Coca-Cola
