Production Supervisor, Project Kuiper

Job summary
Project Kuiper is seeking a Production Supervisor to join the Space Simulation Test Lab to support production.The individual will have strong leadership skills and be required to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment where communication and organization will be critical.This position will also utilize a variety of analytical tools as well as aid in creating a variety of laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities
• Test sub assemblies and vehicle in development and production environment.• Supervise a team of technicians focused on early production and scaling output.• Work with management to plan and coordinate daily tasks for technicians and activities of all operations with an ability to adapt to changing schedules and other dynamic priorities.• Work cross-functionally with management, facilities, and supply chain to maintain operations and materials the Space Simulation Test Lab.• Ability to provide timely feedback on designs, processes, and custom equipment used in routine prototyping, fabrication, and characterization.• Author, maintain, and train others to all relevant process documentation, including Assembly, Inspection, Testing/In-Process Characterization, and Packaging Procedures.• Review and approve rework to ensure accuracy and enforce traceability.• Comply with all Company Policies including Health, Safety, and Environmental Regulations, Personal Protective Equipment Requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements
• 4+ years' experience in Clean Room Manufacturing environment.• 4+ years' experience of supervisory experience.• 4+ years' experience in Environmental Test.• 8+ Experience manufacturing in high traceability environment.
