Keysight Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor for their Semiconductor Infrastructure Solutions BusinessThe role involves supervising the production of optical components for Laser Interferometer Positioning systemsThe supervisor will provide leadership and ensure production goals are met for fabricating optical components

Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians engaged in optical fabrication processes• Collaborate with production planners and managers to develop and implement production schedules• Implement and enforce quality control procedures• Conduct training programs for team members• Maintain accurate records of production activities• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and improve product design
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working and/or supervising in manufacturing• Formal training in a technical field such as electronics, mechanics, chemistry, or physics• Proven experience in optical fabrication processes• Strong leadership and team management skills• In-depth knowledge of optical manufacturing equipment and processes• Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office suite
