Production Supervisor

Position Overview: The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the production facility and its staff. The position will ensure that all safety, production, and process control requirements are met. The Production Supervisor will use their knowledge of Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Chemical Engineering, and Engineering to identify and implement production process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, production schedules, and quality standards Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and objectives Troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions Identify and implement process improvement initiatives Manage workflow, personnel, and resources to maximize production efficiency Train and develop production staff Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping of production data Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Production, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering preferred Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma process improvement techniques Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions Experience with production process management Ability to manage personnel and resources effectively Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
