Responsibilities
• Engage team, communicate expectations, and provide performance feedback• Maximize efficiencies and achieve daily production goals• Identify waste and cost reduction opportunities• Participate in capital improvement projects• Collaborate to drive customer obsession• Develop and demonstrate knowledge of government regulations• Represent the plant in audits• Establish and audit standard operating procedures• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts• Monitor training to ensure team preparedness
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or high school diploma/GED with 3-5 years of leadership or manufacturing experience• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Proactive and self-accountable• Desire to learn, grow, and improve• Ability to collaborate with diverse partners• Physical requirements may include standing, walking, sitting, lifting/carrying, bending/squatting/twisting• Willingness to relocate for future positions
