STARTING PAYRATE: $45-$56K annually (negotiable depending on experience)
PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7am- 3:30pm (weekends only as needed)
JOB SUMMARY: Supervises, coordinates activities, and drives continuous improvement of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages and facilitates production processes and reports daily KPIs. Observes packaging operations and inspects products to verify conformance to specification and compliance with food safety and quality requirements. Studies production order and specifications to ascertain type and quantity of product, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of schedule. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces compliance and provides feedback to senior management on company policy improvements. Analyzes and identifies root cause of work problems and coach workers in solving work problems. Education and Experience Requirements: A minimum of four years related experience and/or training; Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or Associates degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
