Responsibilities
• Fosters an environment that enables customer satisfaction• Suggests, participates and supports continuous improvement and 5S activities• Supervises department activities to ensure production objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner• Monitors and improves the efficiency, output, quality and safety of production processes through observations and measurements• Demonstrates leadership and provides training to accomplish organizational goals and objectives• Fosters positive employee relations• Provides employee coaching and development• Executes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws• Communicates with other departments concerning production status• Ensures that employees have appropriate resources to perform their jobs
