• Supervise employees in the Cutting Die department• Maximize shift productivity and minimize waste• Maintain desired quality level• Read machine specifications and CAD drawings• Provide training and address performance issues• Step in to help where needed• Work on custom jobs and enjoy job variety• Bring products to life with hands-on work
Requirements
• 3 years supervisory experience in a related industry or equivalent education• Proven success as a Die Maker• High school diploma or equivalent• Basic computer skills• Ability to interact professionally with employees and customers• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to read a tape measure and basic math skills• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day
