Production Supervisor

One of my California clients is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their growing team! The company has been in business since the 1950's and are continually expanding. It's a small, family-owned business with two production lines. They run one shift and only supply all natural ingredients for their Mediterranean style food products. They are looking for someone that has at least 3 years experience in the food or beverage industry, has experience supervising/managing a small production team, and someone who knows the importance of keeping the production lines running to fill orders.
This position will be responsible for building up and training the production team, managing operation of production, ensuring machinery is ready for production quotas, and reporting to the owner for other direction, as needed.
