Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor | Tulsa, OK Direct Hire Opportunity M-F 3p-11p $80,000-$95,000 JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting in all areas of daily operations. We are looking for a highly driven individual that will supervise, train, motivate and mentor production employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES :  • Analyze time and ensure accuracy and meet production control schedules
• Defines expected production standards
• Provide leadership and direction to the plant production team members in areas of safety, machine operation, sanitation, quality, customer service and maintenance.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE  • At least 5 years in a manufacturing production environment.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a manufacturing
• A minimum of two (2) years of direct supervisory experience.
SKILLS  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
• Problem analysis and resolution
Physical Demands  • May be required to lift up to 50lbs
