Located in Northern Ohio , they are a family-owned company that has been in business for more than 60 years and committed to providing the highest quality products.Essential Supervisor Responsibilities:Provides leadership and guidance to employees on the Production Floor.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Assign employees to a position after being hired, along with training, planning, and directing.
