Production Reporting Coordinator Location Denver, CO (Lodo area) : Summary of Position : The Production Reporting Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of production reporting, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
Manage and coordinate production reporting activities, including data entry, validation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of production data. Develop and maintain production reporting systems and databases, ensuring that data is properly integrated and maintained. Collaborate with other departments, including production operations, engineering, and accounting, to ensure that production data is accurately captured and reported. Monitor and track production volumes, ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly production reports are prepared accurately and on time. Participate in monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring that production accounting data is accurate and complete. Support production operations teams in daily reporting activities and provide training on production reporting systems and processes. Ensure accurate and timely monthly close and delivery for monthly production allocations and agency reporting, Revenue and JIB allocations, and ensure these processes adhere to auditing guidelines. Perform quality control processes to ensure that production data is complete, accurate, and consistent across multiple reporting systems. Participate in audits and respond to inquiries from regulators and other stakeholders, ensuring that appropriate documentation is maintained and all inquiries are addressed. Assist management, field and office personnel with complex allocation questions and problems as they arise and provide training to improve end user experience for various departments including Production, Revenue, JIB, Marketing, and Operations. Review monthly LOS to ensure accurate well level revenue and cost allocations. Implement controls processes and quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy and efficiency within operational systems. Complete and distribute daily, monthly and annual production reports. Perform other production reporting duties and special projects as assigned by the management team. Demonstrates unwavering high integrity and consistently upholds ethical standards while maintaining a strong work ethic to ensure the highest level of trust and accountability in all responsibilities. Utilizes exceptional critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems, assess various perspectives, and develop innovative solutions that drive informed decision-making and enhance overall organizational efficiency. Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, or Finance, or an equivalent of an additional 2 years of experience required. Minimum 1 years of experience in oil and gas operations, production accounting, or production reporting. Upstream oil and gas experience required. Proficient in Microsoft 360 products (Outlook, Excel, Word) required with advanced skills in Excel in particular. Certified Public Accountant license a plus. BOLO, Excalibur, or other P2 system experience a plus. Travel Requirements :
Work is performed at a CIVI location Tues-Thurs with an option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Schedule: traditional 40-hour workweek or alternative schedule of 9 hour works days M-Thurs and 4-hour workdays Friday. Travel required to the Civitas field locations. Base Pay Range: $51,500 - $54,200
