Production Relief Supervisor

Assisting the Quarry Manager, this person will discuss daily assignments with both the quarry and the vehicle shop personnel.  Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency from an accredited institution
2 years supervisory experience including:
5 years' experience working in the cement industry Ability to work rotating shifts to support 24/7 plant operations Must speak fluent English Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) Basic computer skills Must be familiar with the entire operation from quarry to cement silos, plus yard responsibilities Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to function successfully in a stressful environment
