Responsibilities
• Assist machine operator in removing and replacing printed shirts• Prepare garments and apply inks through screen print press• Analyze orders and determine design and ink colors• Change screens and ink for specific orders• Fold and box shirts, count garments, and clean screens• Inspect garments for quality control• Communicate with team members regarding imperfect garments• Tag, box, and count garments for post-production or shipping• Gather garments and screens for individual orders• Create workflow for machine operators and handle rush orders• Perform various tasks as part of the screen value steam process
Requirements
• High school education desirable• Basic computer experience required• Ability to work well in a team• Must be able to read and problem solve• Strong organizational skills• Reliable, responsible, and able to take direction well• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for several hours• Previous production experience preferred• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day
